Profile

Korean-born cellist HeeYeon Kim completed her Honours Bachelor of Music Performance at Wilfrid Laurier University, where she studied with Paul Pulford. Ms Kim was awarded several prizes and awards, and has participated in many music festivals in Canada. Over the years, Ms. Kim has had master classes working with many distinguished artists including Colin Carr, Richard Aaron, and Philippe Muller.

As a chamber musician, Ms. Kim has performed Piano Trio concert at KWCMS with her Trio, Karfour Trio. Currently, Ms. Kim is in her last year of Artist Diploma Program at the Glenn Gould School of the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto, where she studies with David Heatherington.
